Oregon Koto-Kai
This ensemble was founded in 2012 by koto master Mistuki Dazai. Josh joined the group in 2015, became a board member in 2016, and has been performing across the PNW with them ever since.
Otolithia
An experimental, ambient, and improvisational duo featuring Tatiana Musique and sono_kiri. The name is a fusion of the words ‘otolith’, referring to an evolutionarily conserved bone in the ear essential for balance, and ‘lithia’, or lithium-containing water which has been shown to reduce despression and stabilize moods for those who drink it regularly.

Dulcet Harmonics
This is a collaboration of koto, trumpet, and beats mixed by Joe Good (aka DJ JoeMyGoodness). The results come in the form of long flowing down/mid-tempo sets with a world music flavor. The two first improvised a set at SOAK 2018 and have been playing PNW festivals for the last few years.
Multiverse Ensemble
Started in 2017 after playing an impromptu set at the Pacific Fire Gathering festival with drummer TJ Thompson, the group grew to 5 members. Josh and Amy play koto, Kate plays violin, Joey is on classical guitar, and TJ is on the kit. They weave a rich tapestry of classical and modern sounds that make use of their wide timbral range.
Chrome Mole Monocle
A solo experimental music project that uses electronics, drums, vocals and loop pedals. Chrome mole monocle first performed at St. John’s No Fest in 2014. Since that time, few songs have ever been played live more than once as every performance primarily features brand new, original compositions.
